Fred, the son of Fred Darrell and Linda Mae (Meyers) Heller, was born December 3, 1960, in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. He served his country in the U.S. Navy.  He was united in marriage with Vicki Boettcher on July 2, 1994, in Antigo, Wisconsin. 

Those left to honor Fred's memory include his wife, Vicki; daughters, Stephanie and Brittany; 2 grandchildren; his mother, Linda Heller; and siblings, Jeff, Carol, Mike, Darrell, Charlie, and Chris.   He was preceded in death by his father and his son, Jeremy.
