| Visitation: The family will greet friends immediately following the service on Tuesday, November 24, 2009 at the Elks Lodge, 111 E. 2nd St. N., in Newton. | |
| Those left to honor Rob's memory include his wife, Kim of Newton; two daughters, Megan Rogers and Tiffany Rogers, both of Newton; his parents, Gary and Sherry Rogers of South Dakota and Carol Hatfield of Moravia; two brothers, Rick Rogers of Des Moines and Sean White of Ottumwa; his sister, Melanie (Gary) Gillaspie of Lovilia; his grandmother, Lois White of Newton; and his parents-in-law, Steve and Marilyn Aldrich of Newton. | |
| Rob was preceded in death by his maternal and paternal grandparents, and his brother, David White. | |
| Rob graduated from Newton High School in 1981. He worked as the Finance Manager at Clemons of Newton. | |
| Rob was a member of the Elks Lodge, the Izaak Walton League, and the First United Methodist Church. He enjoyed watching NASCAR and cheering for his favorite driver, Jeff Gordon; listening to 70's and 80's rock; working on cars, especially his IROC-Z Camaro. | |
| Memorials in Rob's name may be left at the funeral home or at the church on the day of the service. | |
