| Those left to honor Phyllis's memory are her husband, Larry Hughes of Conrad; son, Blake "Bill" Osborn of Newton; her daughter, Lisa Osborn of Newton; step-daughter, Katrina (Rex) Graf of Junction City, Ohio; her granddaughter, Ammeri Osborn of Newton; 2 step-grandchildren, Kaitlyn and Rex Graf, Jr.; and her brother, Randy (Rebecca) Lawson of Santa Ana, California. | |
| She was preceded in death by her parents, Cecil and Eailena (Chrisman) Lawson, and her paternal and maternal grandparents. | |
| Phyllis was a graduate of Newton High School. She had worked at Careage of Newton and Oak View in Conrad. | |
| She loved her dogs, Maggie, Sport, and Squeakers, gardening, being on the computer, traveling, and being with her family. Her grandaughter was her pride and joy. | |
| Memorials in Phyllis's name may be left at the funeral home. | |
