| Those left to honor Betty's memory include her husband, Bill of Newton; daughter, Mary (Gary) Wilkening of Monroe; grandson, Ryan (Rachel) Wilkening of Pleasant Hill; her brothers and sisters: Jim (Leora) Bogue of Kellogg, Deloris Stalzer of Fair Oaks, CA, Irene McCumber of Newton, Shirley (Lynn) Partin of Kellogg, Jerry (Geri Lou) Bogue of Malcom, and Judy (Larry) Newby of Goddard, KS; and many nieces and nephews.

| Betty was preceded in death by her parents, Dee Sanford and Mabel Irene (Sigman) Bogue; her brother, Dee Bogue, Jr.; 2 brothers-in-law, Fred McCumber, Sr. and Clyde Stalzer; and 3 nephews: Robert, Denny, and Michael. | |
| Betty was long time resident of the Newton area. She was a past member of the Women of the Moose. She enjoyed cooking, dancing, and singing. She loved her grandson and was looking forward to the birth of her great-grandson. | |
| Memorials to Hospice of Jasper County may be left at the funeral home. | |
