| Interment: Immediately following the funeral service on Thursday, May 06, 2010 at Newton Union Cemetery in Newton. | |
| Those left to honor Dan's memory are his nephew and niece, Jim and Linda Lynn of Newton and Marjorie Stano of Eureka, California and his cousin, Betty O'Leary. | |
| Dan was preceded in death by his parents, Burt and Mary (Nickel) Brady; wife, Etha in 2002; his brother, Edwin Brady; and sister, Anna Fay Brady. | |
| Dan graduated from Newton High School in 1933. He worked for Maytag for many years as a tool designer and later he was in charge of the Maytag Safety Program. He and his wife, Etha, also owned and operated the Kone Korner. | |
| Dan was a member and elder of the First Presbyterian Church. | |
| Memorials to Hospice of Jasper County may be left at the funeral home. | |
