| Funeral Service: 11 a.m., Wednesday, May 26, 2010 at the St. Luke United Methodist Church, 501 E. 19th St. N. in Newton. | |
| Interment: 1 p.m., Friday, May 28, 2010 at the St. John’s Lutheran Church Cemetery in rural Hampton, Iowa. | |
| Those left to honor Beverly's memory are her husband of 53 years, Armond; three daughters, Shelly Chandler of Johnston, Marcia (Jerry) Weiler of Remsen and Becky (Craig) Stuvick of Nolensville, Tennessee; her six grandchildren, Tom Chandler, Anna Chandler, Nicholas Weiler, Christopher Weiler, Gregory Weiler and Kathy Stuvick; sister, Shirley Mirfield of Long Grove; two brothers, Vernon (Donna) Miller of Bettendorf and Dan (Sherry) Miller of Indianapolis, Indiana. She was preceded in death by her parents, Adolph and Evangeline (Borcheding) Miller.

| Beverly was a graduate of Davenport Central High School and of the Iowa Teacher’s College in Cedar Falls, Iowa. She taught in the Davenport, Sheffield-Chapin and Newton school districts. | |
| Beverly was an active member of the St. Luke United Methodist Church, she taught Sunday school and Bible school.

| Beverly enjoyed being with her family especially her grandchildren. She also enjoyed gardening, camping, sending cards and meeting people. | |
| In lieu of flowers the family requests memorials to the St. Luke United Methodist Church or to the Susan G. Koman Foundation; memorials may be left at the funeral home or at the church on the morning of the service. | |
