Dustin Ryan Stoner

A Celebration of Dustin's Life will be held at 5 p.m., Saturday, June 1, 2019, the Newton VFW. There will be a potluck meal, so please bring a dish to share. Memorials to Dustin’s family can be left at the Wallace Family Funeral Home and Crematory in Newton or at the VFW the night of the celebration. Please make checks payable to Kori Carter.

   Dustin, the son of DeWayne Stoner and Debra Dickerson, was born November 25, 1980, in Pella.  He was a lifelong resident of Newton and attended Newton schools.  He enjoyed watching movies and playing video games.

   Dustin is survived by his mom and step-dad, Debra and Garry Selby of Newton; brother, Tom (Tabitha) Stoner; sister, Nikki Stoner; his sons, Chase Stoner and Gavin Stoner; his grandmother, Dorothy Stoner; and several other family members and friends.

   He was preceded in death by his father, DeWayne; grandparents, Glen and Bevyrlee Dickerson and Darwin Stoner; and his niece, Payton True Brauch.
