Kasen Kyle Clark

Kasen Kyle Clark, 2 months, died on Sunday, October 1, 2017, at Mercy Children’s Hospital in Kansas City, Missouri.  No services are scheduled at this time.  Kasen was born on July 21, 2017, in Arkansas City, Kansas to Jeffery Clark and Lindsay Wilson.  At the age of 8 days, Kasen became critically ill with an infection that damaged his heart.  Beginning the next day until his passing, Kasen was on an ECMO machine at Mercy Children’s Hospital waiting for a heart transplant.  As a testament to his strong, fighting personality no infant had ever tolerated being on ECMO as long as Kasen did.

Kasen is survived by his parents, Jeffery Clark and Lindsay Wilson; big sister, Riley Clark; his grandmas, Michelle Wilson and Leslie Muhl; great-grandma, Anita Green; and his aunts, Ashley Wilson and Tara Clark.  He was preceded in death by his grandpa, Bruce Wilson and his great-grandparents, Bernice Williams, Frank Muhl, and Jim Green.
