Steven James Ahn

Steven James Ahn, 50, of rural Colfax, died on January 4, 2020 at his home.  No services are scheduled at this time. The Wallace Family Funeral Home and Crematory is handling the cremation.

Steven, the son of James Edward and Carol Lee (Pettijohn) Ahn, was born on August 23, 1979 in Knoxville, Iowa.  He graduated from Colfax-Mingo High School in 1988.   Steven was the activity director for Karen Acres Health Care Center for 20 years.

Steven is survived by his father, James Ahn of Colfax; brother, Troy (Julie) Ahn of Indianola; nephews, Michael Wolfe and Kyle Ahn; and his aunts and uncles, Emory (Nancy) Ahn of Colfax, Cindy Ahn of Newton, Dan Ahn of Colfax, Gary (Dee) Ahn of Colfax, and Larry Hunt.  He was preceded in death by his mother, Carol Lee Ahn and grandparents, Wilma (Fred) West, Emory Ahn, and Doris Hunt.
