James Allen Denman

James Allen Denamn, 34, of Newton died on Wednesday, July 22, 2020.  A visitation will be held from 5-7 p.m., Thursday, August 6, 2020, at the Wallace Family Funeral Home and Crematory.  Memorials in James’ name (checks made payable to Stephanie Alter) may be left at the funeral home.

James, the son of Steven Denman and Rose Evans-Fisher, was born on January 20, 1986 in Denver, Colorado.  He grew up in Newton and graduated from Newton High School in 2004.  James enjoyed spending time with his family.  He also liked to play paintball and WOW.  James loved animals.

James is survived by his father, Steven Denman of Colorado Spring, Colorado; mother, Rose Evans-Fisher of Newton; siblings, Jonathon Denman of Del City, Oklahoma, Stephanie (Rick) Alter of Newton, and Michael Denman of Clive; step-siblings, Tom (Amy) Fisher of Springfield, Missouri and Robin (Paul) Kauffman of Paris, Illinois; his nieces and nephews, Tully, Angel, Corbin, Autumn, and Ivan; and several aunts, uncles, and cousins. He was preceded in death by his maternal and paternal grandparents, George and Marge Evans and Lewis and Lorraine Denman; step-grandparents, George and JoAnn Fisher; step-father, William Fisher; and step-brother, Adam Fisher.
