Linda K. Crall

  Linda Kay Crall, 74, of Newton, died Tuesday, March 31, 2026, at Accura East of Newton.  No services are scheduled.  Memorials to the ARL of Iowa can be left at the Wallace Family Funeral Home and Crematory in Newton.

   Linda, the daughter of William and Gladys (Brayton) Fifer, was born January 7, 1952, in Newton. She graduated from Newton High School in 1970.  Linda was united in marriage with James Crall, and the couple welcomed a daughter, Theresa.  Linda loved animals and fed the birds and squirrels in her yard. Most of all, Linda enjoyed being a mother and spending time with her family.

   Linda is survived by her daughter, Theresa (Brad) Sponseller of Newton; her brother, Dale (Esther) Fifer of Newton; and several nieces and nephews.  She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, James; and her siblings: Kenneth, Norman, John, Loren, Evelyn, Jean, and David.
