Jacquie, the daughter of Earl and Verta (Kratzer) Latimer, was born on September 3, 1933 in Bloomfield. In 8th grade, she began dating Dwight Huggins, who was a year older than her. Dwight and Jacquie were blessed with two children, Laura and David. Jacquie was a stay-at-home mom and homemaker until the kid’s went to school. She then worked for Production Credit Association (PCA) in Newton as an Administrative Assistant. Jacquie was a member of St Luke United Methodist Church. She was a part of many Bridge Clubs and enjoyed having coffee with her friends. She also liked to bowl and golf.  Jacquie had a love for chocolate, salty potato chips, and corn of the cob.
