Timothy Dale Lane

Timothy Dale Lane, 69, died at his home in Peterson, Iowa on January 8, 2023. A graveside service will be held at 12:30 p.m., Monday, January 16, 2023, at Newton Memorial Park Cemetery in Newton. The family will greet friends from 1-3 p.m., Monday, January 16, 2023, at the Wallace Family Funeral Home and Crematory in Newton.

Tim was born February 27, 1953, in Newton, Iowa where he grew up and graduated from Newton High School in 1971. He was in the printing business most of his life and retired in 2018 from ColorFX. Tim loved the water and always had a boat. He loved the Okoboji Lake area, boating and swimming in the beautiful waters. He was preceded in death by his father, George Leo Lane; his mother, Wilma Bagnall Lane; brothers, Larry and Mike Lane; and infant son, Adam Christopher Lane. 

He is survived by his younger brother, James Lane in the Des Moines area; daughter, Sarah Lane Ingham in Fort Worth, Texas; sons, Drew and Derek Lane in the Spencer area; and grandchildren, Noah and Taylor Ingham and Wade Lane; along with several nieces and nephews.
