William Ray Eilander

   William, the son of William and Wilma (Buwalda) Eilander, was born January 4, 1960, at Skiff Medical Center in Newton. He graduated from Newton High School and had attended Marshalltown Community College for welding. He had worked at DeLong Sportswear for many years. He enjoyed drawing, riding bike, and enjoyed music.

   Survivors include his son, Branden Eilander of Minnesota; his siblings: Ronnie (Darlene) Eilander of Newton, Linda (Richard) Schmidt of Marshalltown, Alice (David) Whitlatch of Newton, Larry (Betty) Eilander of Newton, Rosie Long of Newton, Nancy McConnell of Newton, and Donna Mann of Newton; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents; and siblings: Kenny Eilander, Judy Pherigo, and Billy Eilander.
