Dear Umbarger Family - My name is George Alfred Umbarger II. I don't think we know each other but I felt obligated to pay my respects to another Umbarger. My father's side of the family comes from Richwood, WV. He was killed in WWII at Bari, Italy in 1944. My grandparents were Florence and Raleighh Umbarger from Nicholas County, WV. So sorry to hear of your Dad George's passing. I remember him so well when I was a youngster coming over to the house. Remember, we use to put on shows in the back yard.
