Glennys G. Shaw, 69, of Newton died on Friday, March 2, 2018, at her daughter’s home in Newton. No services are scheduled. Memorials to Glennys’ family may be left at the Wallace Family Funeral Home and Crematory.

Glennys, the daughter of Glenn W. and Edna (Eiby) Moser, was born on September 7, 1948 in Des Moines, Iowa. She graduated from Newton High School in 1967. Glennys lived most of her life in Newton and worked at Medicine Shoppe as an Accounting Clerk for six years. She enjoyed reading.

Those left to honor her memory are her daughter, Melissa (Pete) Simmons of Newton; grandchildren, Shaiden and Maisa Simmons; and two sisters-in-law, Sherry Moser of Loveland, Colorado and Linda Moser of Knoxville. She was preceded in death by her parents and two brothers, Gerry Moser and Ron Moser.
