Gary, Tori, Christopher and Family,
I am so sorry for your loss. Monica was such a precious special part of my life. Even though we had lost touch over the years she and your entire family have always held such a dear place in my heart. I think about all the wonderful times we had and even today the ways she influenced the direction of my life. Those memories bring great joy and smiles. My funniest memory is of the 2 of us standing in Pamida on ridiculous days talking each other into the buying the last 2 kittens - we kept telling each other it was up to us to save their lives. We never bothered to worry about our parent's reactions because we were saving kittens. She has been in my thoughts a great deal the last few months and I was wanting to find her and reconnect. It breaks my heart that I missed that opportunity but know that I loved her very much.

My sincere condolences to Monica's friends and family. There are no words to express the pain and sadness that comes from losing those we hold so dearly to our hearts. God Promises us in Isaiah 25:8 that very soon he will "swallow up death forever and wipe tears from all faces". We will then once again be reunited with our loved ones, by means of an earthly resurrection. ( Acts 24:15) What a wonderful hope to look forward to! Until that time, keep close to your hearts all of your treasured memories of time spent together with Monica. May the "God of All Comfort" be with you in this time of great sadness and grief. (2 Corinthians 1:3-4)

Monica was a friend through school. She was a very bright and beautiful person. She had an infectious personality the drew people to her. Our thoughts and prayers to to her family.

I taught Monica when she was in third grade at IC School in Charles City. I remember Monica as a very bright and beautiful young child. I very much enjoyed working with her each day,. I am so sorry to hear of Monica's passing.

So sad to hear of Monica's passing. She was a childhood friend and classmate at Charles City High School. We shared our love of music together. My thoughts and prayers go out to her family and friends.
