Love you buddy. I've been having a hard time dealing with all this. Casey and I were joking around how jealous you were going to be over the new sand rail. I was hoping to stop by and shoot the shit with ya and have a cold one. I hope to see you again so we can continue our conversations we hadn't finished.

Nathan,
I know I did not know you a long time but I want to thank you for showing me your honesty. You were the first operator to really teach me how the machines worked and how to determine times and efficiency. And you were glad to show me. You always had an awesome excuse for being late and i just couldn't help but laugh at your silliness. Im sorry I had to report your tardiness but im also glad i didn't do it sometimes too.

Im really glad I was there when they figured out what was really wrong with Vicky and you were just so happy you knew you were right. If you were mad or sad you never showed it, and that is something admirable i will always remember of you. I wish I could have done more for you, but i will live with that regret. RIP Nathan. May God have you in his Glory.

I want to express my deepest sympathy to Casey and Nathans family. In a small town like ours, when we lose someone we all feel it. Casey...you are not alone even though it likely feels that way. I love you, am praying and thinking of you and Nathan, and I'm here for you.

I want to offer my condolences to the Landis family. It is a painful thing to lose a love one in death; even Jesus, when Lazarus died, "gave way to tears"(John 11: 35). It pains our Creator, too, and he has promised to bring our love one back to life at Isaiah 26:19 "Your dead will rise ...Awake and shout joyfully you residents in the dust! ...the earth will let those powerless in death come to life" then "he will swallow up death forever …"(Isaiah 25:8). I hope these words give you comfort.

Nathan, I've worked with you the past few years, but only had begun to get to know you, your silly humor, generous helping hand, I miss your smile in the morning. You touched so many at work, I wish you could see, I wish we would have shown more. We take for granite, time, to show we are cared for. Sad. You recently told me you wanted to coach little league. I hope your in heavy, coaching your game. I wish you were still here. My sincerest condolences to his family and girlfriend. He truly was a nice guy. I pray you find peace and comfort, he was admired, never forgotten.

Nathan, and family. Was so sad , heartbroken to hear of your untimely death. I pray that you are enjoying the view from up there. Send your love and support down to all that are struggling to come to term with you not being here anymore. Can't come to Iowa, but we will celebrate you soon. I'll be watching over Casey for you.
