Tammy R Dickerson

Tammy R. Dickerson, 56, of Newton died on Sunday, May 22, 2016, at Mercy Medical Center. A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m., Thursday, May 26, at the Wallace Family Funeral Home and Crematory. The family will greet friends from 10 a.m. until the time of service on Thursday at the funeral home.  Memorials in Tammy’s name may be left at the funeral home.

Tammy, the daughter of Glen and Bevrylee (Tool) Dickerson, was born on June 6, 1959 in Newton, Iowa.  She graduated from Newton High School and was a homemaker.  Tammy enjoyed sewing. 

Those left to honor Tammy’s memory are her children, Todd (Erin) Dickerson of Newton and Megan (Dan) Guldberg of Iowa Falls; five grandchildren, Owen Guldberg, Hailey Dickerson, Celeste Dickerson, Lane Guldberg, and Dawsyn Guldberg; her siblings, Glenda (Ted) Wing of Monroe, Deb (Gary) Selby of Newton, Marvin Dickerson of Newton, Danny Dickerson of Newton, and Randy Dickerson of Newton; and her many nieces and nephews.  She was preceded in death by her parents and a sister, Marcia Denise Vander Putte.
